I have read the contract and agree to abide by said rules. In addition, expressly release the Promoter, Preferred Promotions and owners of the event site from any damage, injury or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the rental or occupations of said space or the participation in this show by the exhibitor. I also agree to hold the producer and owners of the event site harmless of any loss, injury or damage by reason thereof. I further agree that no employment is created by this contract. I understand that if this application is not accepted, rental fees will be voided and returned by mail. If this application is accepted, I give permission to use the slides and any other materials submitted for publicity purposes. Application to this show constitutes exhibitor agreement to this release.

CONTRACT

Exhibitor will abide by and be subject to the following agreement as condition for acceptance as an exhibitor at Preferred Promotions' events.
 

  1. All crafts to be displayed at my booth at the show are my own creation, or that of my family.

  2. I will not sublet booth space nor act as a dealer for other craftsmen or manufacturers.

  3. I understand that the promoter reserves the right to remove, without refund or recourse, any exhibitor who misrepresents himself or his product.

  4. I agree to comply with all local & state regulations. All display materials will be fireproof.

  5. I will obtain tax, or other permits as required by local or state authorities at my own expense.

  6. I understand that sales signs are prohibited and that I must store excess stock out of sight, and I agree to abide by move-in and move-out regulations as stipulated by the promoter. I further agree to remain setup for the duration of the show.

  1. My enclosed check represents a commitment to the show. Once accepted, I understand that if I fail to appear one hour before show opening I forfeit my right to exhibit without refund or recourse. 

  2. I will not hold Preferred Promotions, its agents, employees or officers liable for failure to perform or fulfill its contractual obligations provided such failure is caused, occasioned or impeded by closures of site location due to any causes beyond its control. Nor will I hold the promoter or owners or managers of the show site or fairgrounds responsible for loss or damage of exhibitors' wares, exhibits, or personal property or for loss or injury caused by projects sold or exhibited by exhibitors directly or through warranty express or implied. Insurance for such loss, damages or injury will be my sole responsibility.

  3. If my check is returned due to insufficient funds,  I agree to replace it with a money order and a $15.00 service fee or forfeit my spot at the show.

  4. It is agreed that Preferred Promotions reserves the right to amend and/or add to the applicable rules pertaining to and governing  this show at any time prior to the commencement of said show. Additions or amendments will be circulated to exhibitors in writing. The interpretation of all rules by the promoters shall be final.
